After nearly forty years in football, Tom Beck began devoting more and more time to painting.  Through the years he has focused on different subjects including barns, flowers and animals.  A sampling of each are contained in this website.  

Prior to retirement Tom was a college football coach and NFL talent scout. 

Tom began his football career at Northern Illinois University where he was the Huskie’s last 60 minute player and was named a member of the NIU all-century team and designated as the top two-way player in the first century of NIU football.  After college, Tom began an illustrious coaching career which included stops at Benedictine University, Northern Illinois University, Elmhurst College, Grand Valley State University, Chicago Blitz (USFL), Notre Dame and the University of Illinois.          

As a head coach, Tom complied a 137-52-1 record and earned entry into the National College Football Hall of Fame.  He is currently in five different football Halls of Fame.

In retirement now, Tom enjoys his family, golf, tennis and painting.
